A world-renowned boutique Auction House based in the centrally located offices in London's West End is seeking a Dispatch Administrator, paying between £25,000-£27,000 plus an excellent company bonus scheme, to join their small, highly ambitious and busy team.
This is an amazing opportunity for someone who has a genuine passion to work within the arts, in a company that will constantly be looking to grow and develop you.
The role will be involved in the client order fulfilment process, responsible for the administration and shipping of all client orders from start to finish. This will include:
- Handling rare and precious objects with care and precision.
- Preparing paperwork for both UK and International shipping through specific couriers.
- Physically preparing and packaging the objects.
- Dealing with customer queries and well as liaising with couriers directly.
The company is seeking a graduate calibre candidate who ideally has experience working within an auction house setting. It would be advantageous if you did come from a logistics or dispatch role working in a customer service capacity. You will have an excellent attention to detail and flare, with a passion for providing a luxury five-star customer service. Solutions focused, you will enjoy being the go to person and the face of the company for all customers.
