Permanent Inbound Customer Service Advisor required for busy, growing office in Littlehampton, £19380 working a 37.5-hour week (various shifts on rota to include 8.45-5.15pm, 8-4.30pm, 11.30am-8pm Monday to Friday, plus occasional Saturday mornings 9-1pm).
Joining a small, friendly team you will be responsible for:
- Managing and processing client orders and prescriptions through mainly inbound calls and the associated administration.
- Supporting email inbox and responding to enquiries.
- Dealing with any complaints or queries.
Naturally this role would suit candidates who have the resilience and capability to manage a fast-paced role. Ideally from a customer service background, with excellent customer service skills, superb communication skills, demonstrates positive behaviours, an engaged and motivated worker, confident telephone manner, passion for service, and has the clients' needs in mind at all times.
