Due to business growth, my client in Potters Bar is looking for an experienced individual with a passion for providing a first lass service to customers, guests and employees.
You will work 4 days on and 4 days off, 7.30am-7.30pm and 8am-8pm, so some weekend working is required.
Salary up to £22,000
This is an integral part of the business as you will be the first point of contact for inbound calls to business.
Meet and greet all visitors and employees to the offices in Potters Bar, ensuring each person has been registered as being on-site
Answer a high volume of inbound customer / business telephone calls
Transfer calls to the relevant department/person
Respond and action inbound emails and distribute where necessary
Provide administration and secretarial support to depot manager, to include, managing emails, preparing/collating reports
General fleet administration tasks as required
To apply for this role you must demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with a confident and professional telephone manner. The Customer experience and journey is really important to this company, therefore, you must possess excellent customer service skills.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and be used to working in a fast paced environment providing accurate work.
You must be competent with Microsoft Office, to include Excel and Outlook.
