Tate are working on a Resource Scheduler vacancy that will initially be recruited on a 6 month FTC. Long term career development is available and you can increase your salary up to £24,000 if you undertake further career development while in the role.
The position requires you to assist the team to manage resources and fleet. Co-ordinating personal records and rota patterns and managing absence.
- Data entry onto the CRM system
- Maintain accurate training and sickness records
- Ensure compliant rota patterns
- Updating personnel files
- General administration and phone work
You must be happy working a shift pattern that covers 7am until 7pm (Monday to Friday). You will also three weekends across a 13 week shift rotation pattern (7am to 5pm).
The successful candidate will need to be able to communicate will all levels of staff and have excellent IT skills. This is predominantly a phone based role but you will need to demonstrate good analytically skills to plan work schedules.
