Tate are working with a highly successful business in Heathfield, near Newton Abbot to recruit for a Customer Service role. There is an urgent need so starts dates are ASAP and the client will also consider temp to perm.
· Point of contact for customer enquiries and orders from existing customers· Respond to all customer enquiries received by telephone, email and online· Build and maintain strong customer relationships · Maximise sales and retention opportunities · Maintain accurate customer accounts, customer sites and contacts· Escalate issues when required· Checking contractual paperwork for pricing.
The ideal candidate will be happy working in an office (9-5:30pm) and have a great telephone manner. You must be able to build rapport and be able to show empathy when dealing with customers. if you are available on short notice even better!
