Tate have teamed up with a leading motoring company to recruit for Customer Service Advisors in a variety of different departments within their business. These roles are inbound telephony based and will be working from home. Maintaining exceptional customer service is vital for these roles and will require you to treat every customer fairly and in line with company guidelines.
There are a variety of working hours such as shift work between 8am - 8pm or 9am - 5pm based on a temporary to permanent basis. A competitive salary range between £9.49 - £10.26 per hour is currently being offered. All IT equipment is supplied for these roles, you will however need to have WiFi at your home to work from.
Previous call handling/call centre experience (essential)
Proficient with MS Office
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to speak to customers over the phone whilst keying in information to computer systems
Work well under pressure
Handle potentially unhappy or upset customers
