We are currently recruiting for an Online Order Fulfilment and Customer Service Advisor to join our clients team in Chessington on a temp to perm basis.Retail Customer Service experience is desirable however not essential.As this role is temp to perm, please only apply if you are available long term and interested in forging a sucessful career and making a difference within Customer Service/Fulfilment.Mornings / Fulfilment:* Picking and packing orders* Prepping orders (steaming and quality control)* Processing stock deliveries (opening / checking / counting / putting away)* Shipping fabric rolls to manufacturers (bagging for transit / weighing / booking courier)* Stock Control (counting / processing regular stock takes)* Able to lift up to 20kgAfternoons / Customer Service:* Receive handover from CS colleague on morning shift re: any outstanding issues to followup* Provide customer service via email/phone/webchat - including sizing queries for customers, style recommendations, order status* Contact customers to resolve any order queries* Liaise with couriers to resolve delivery issues* Represent brand voice (professional/friendly/courteous/helpful)* Approving new orders* Processing returns (opening / checking / processing) * Processing payments / refunds
