I'm currently looking to speak to motivated individuals who are keen to work for an award-winning mortgage network as they look to bring on a new Business Assurance Assessor at their site in Bournemouth, Dorset.
Your main role within this position is to review mortgages and protection files, ensuring that the very best advice is delivered to clients and that standards are being always upheld. This role is vital within his business to ensure a compliant sales process and create a positive customer culture. You'll be checking cases to ensure customers are treated fairly and that documentation meets all relevant financial regulators standards, alongside building quality relationships with customers. You will also be tasked with some areas of analysis, identifying trends, risks, and areas of development.
This position is working remotely to start with the view of moving to a hybrid working model soon. The working hours are Monday to Friday, with an early finish on the Friday.
This role would suit someone from a similar background, or someone who has worked in mortgages or a process driven administration role. You will ideally have your CeMAP qualification, however if you are committed to a career in this sector the business would fund this for you.
In exchange for your efforts, you'll be paid a salary of £20,000, get 22 days annual excluding bank holidays, your birthday off and be eligible for 2x salary death in service.
