Tate are proud to be supporting a large organisation in central Plymouth to recruit for multiple 111 Call Handlers in a 24/7 call centre set up.
As a Call Handler you will be answering inbound calls from members of the general public and health care professionals, ensuring patient safety.
- Take and asses calls to ensure that patients and other healthcare professionals are directed to the most appropriate healthcare professional.
- Deliver high quality, safe and clinically effective health care over the telephone in accordance with your training and local procedures.
- Record patient details, symptoms and enquiries using in house Database.
- Meet monthly key performance indicators (KPIs) and targets.
The successful candidates will need to be able to start in the next couple of weeks, interviews will be held face to face and training (fully paid) will last six weeks. You must be able to show great customer service skills. You will be required to work a 4 week rolling rota covering 24/7.
