The NHS 'Covid Admin' team is a busy 'remote working' service who are responsible for providing patient support, and administrative support for NHS patients requiring remote Covid testing.
The service operates over 7 days a week, and working hours for our current vacancy are Friday to Tuesday 8.00am to 4.00pm, so you will have Wednesdays and Thursdays off. Regretfully, due to the current demands of the service we are unable to offer any flexibility as to the working days, so please only apply if you can commit to this working pattern.
The ideal candidate would display strong customer service skills, a good eye for detail, and have proven administrative abilities including a working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Despite working remotely you will become part of a lively, friendly, and hardworking team who are providing an important and rewarding service to local patients and members of the public. You will need to adhere to strict data protection guidelines, be able to work in a highly accurate manner, and be able to provide an excellent level of customer service to a wide array of patients from a host of various backgrounds.
We expect this temporary placement to last for between 9 - 12 months, and successful candidates will be provided with a company laptop, and phone, along with comprehensive training.
