Responsibilities:· Be an integral member of the Senior Leadership Team.· Line manage the HR & Payroll function.· Audit current process and procedures and implement change.· To attend seminars and networking opportunities to keep abreast of and update legislation / policies as and when required.· Lead the recruitment function and take the team through the end-to-end cycle, from application through onboarding, ensuring a positive and compliant candidate journey.· To manage the Rewards and benefits program and undertake market research around it.· To conduct exit interviews and utilise findings.· Employee relations, managing disciplinaries & grievances.· To consistently promote Leading & development opportunities across the business.· To advise line managers on performance management and appraisals.· To conduct training sessions for line managers.Person Specification:· Knowledge of current employment law and codes of practice.· CIPD qualified or equivalent· Proven experience within a similar role.· Proficient user of MS Office and able to pick up in house systems quickly.· A proven multi tasker · Acute eye for detail· Someone who has a natural warmth about them and nurturing presence· Tact, diplomacy and discretion
