Tate are working with an organisation in their search for Customer Service Officers to start on Monday 19th July
This excellent opportunity involves providing face to face support and advice at their busy Citizen Service Point. You will be responsible for working as frontline staff and would be assisting with advising on the services they can access and answering a wide variety of general queries.
You would work a 37-hour week, Monday - Friday, hours between 08:30am - 6pm. Initially the roles are on a 3-month contract with plenty of opportunities to move onto a permanent contract after this initial period. The hourly rate is £11.73 per hour. The role is located in their office based in central Bristol so you must be comfortable with this.
