Job Title: Account Manager Salary: £22,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experienceLocation: Hemel Hempstead (Office-based) Contract: Permanent, Full Time Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-5.30pm
The Role: Develop strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
Maintain positive relationships with existing and new business partners
Develop commercial understanding of international markets
Drive excellent customer service
Develop strong product and sector knowledge
Proactively identify leads and obtain new business globally
Manage contract negotiations with partners
Meet sales and profit targets
Conduct competitor analysis and customer insights
Develop annual plans and forecasts with customers
Skills required:This role would suit a graduate (or equiv.) with a degree in a relevant subject e.g. science or business-related
Some account management/business development experience and ability to demonstrate an innovative approach to projects
Excellent relationship builder with a strong customer focus
Good financial and analytical skills
A strong negotiator
Ability and willingness to travel international when required
Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office)
