I'm delighted to be recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to join an established Transport business based in Poole.
Your day-to-day tasks within this role will involve, speaking to customers over the phone daily, liaising with customers via email, advising customers on products and services, assisting customers with complaints, and resolving any issues, updating social media accounts including Facebook and Twitter and assisting customers face to face on occasions.
Offering an excellent customer service is the number one priority within this position.
Ideal candidates for this Customer Service Administrator role will have the ability to work as a real team player, a high attention to detail including strong written communication skills, an articulate telephone manner and previous experience working in a customer service position.
