Due to continued growth and an extremely busy period, our client based in Kingston upon Thames are looking to recruit a number of Customer Service Executives to join their team.
You will manage all inbound customer contacts, ensuring that all customer inquiries are dealt with promptly. You will be liasing with customers via phone calls, emails, web forms, live chat, and social channels, so customer service is fast-paced and exciting.
We are looking for enthusiastic people who are decisive, confident, and can use their initiative to join during this exciting time. As well as these key characteristics, this role also requires some specific skills and experience to succeed...
- Passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
- An excellent communicator (written and verbal) with strong interpersonal skills.
- IT literate, with the ability to work across multiple systems at once.
- In return, you will get an extensive insight into the world of eCommerce and obtain valuable experience in Customer Service.
