Duties responding to written customer queries in a ticketing systemrequired to deal with customer problems and queriesyou will be inputting with customers using chat portalsThe role will consist of actioning a large range of enquiries in a prompt and fast paced manner so previous administration experience is essential as attention to detail and strong skills through written communication are key. This is an ongoing role that will require you to work shifts that may cover evenings and occasional weekends on a weekly but flexible rota. A laptop will be provided
