We have a variety of permanent start date and full time and part time opportunities available for you.

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will:

Demonstrate and display positive behaviour in line with the company values

Provide effective customer service in respect of all areas of policy servicing, whilst complying with statutory and industry regulation

Plan and prioritise own work to meet service standards and delivery deadlines

Delivering an efficient, compliant and quality driven customer service in line with regulatory and legislative requirements

Provide an outstanding service experience to customers by managing various inbound queries

Take ownership of customer problems, solving them at first point of contact and escalate when required

Complete data entry and processing

Deal with customer data ethically and in accordance with relevant requirements
