You will be verifying client information and answering different questions and queries from new and existing customers. You will have the responsibility of verifying information in large volumes and communicating over the phone professionally.
You could take calls detailing the client's information and you will also be supporting the branches with any queries they have around the client information verification process. Your primary focus will be streamlining the flow of information for the organisation and verifying the customer's record.
You may need to make the odd outbound call just to update a branch or a customer but there is no up selling or sales involved this is purely ensuring the customers have their perfect customer journey.
You will wear a headset, work on a PC/laptop and full training will be provided. The training will take around 2 days in total and will be based on site in Nottingham. This is a truly great environment with the company winning awards for customer service and employee engagement.
The working hours are 37.5 per week that will require you to work 1 weekend in every 3 weeks but all shifts are given in advance. The hours of work are between 8AM and 6PM.
