Tate are proud to be working alongside a premium, reputable employer in Leicester. We are recruiting for a talented team of on-line Receptionists to join them on a temp to perm basis. This role is a remote opportunity, initially for a 12-week period with a view to converting into a permanent role.
You will be delivering an outstanding level of service to customers who call through with queries or questions.
Your role will include:
Receive all incoming telephone calls for the various departments in accordance with company policy
Respond to and deal with customer requirements in an efficient and professional manner, ensuring that those requirements are fully understood and communicated in an effective manner to other members of staff to achieve a high standard of customer satisfaction
Build meaningful relationships with colleagues across various departments
Complete and update internal databases and ensure that all information captured is recorded accurately
You will have:
A passion for working with customers and exceeding expectations
A professional and clear communication style
Previous experience within a customer service role
Excellent attention to detail
You will have a full company induction and a planned, detailed training course delivered via a variety of online tools such as Zoom. You will work a 40-hour week, over a flexible shift pattern, these hours are - Monday to Saturday 8am - 6pm, Sunday 10am to 4pm.
