As a Workforce Coordinator you will be part of a dynamic, highly skilled team who are responsible for the organisations clinical and non-clinical rotas. You will be central to ensuring that the right people are in the right places at the right time and that the organisation continues to deliver a high standard of service to members of the public.
This is a fantastic role for a highly organised, people focused individual, who is looking for their next challenge, and may well lead to a permanent opportunity. We are looking for someone who is resilient, has excellent problem solving skills and can work to tight deadlines.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a scheduling / rota team environment. Prior experience in outbound calling would also be advantageous but is not essential.
As a Workforce Coordinator you will liaise with staff and clinicians to fill vacant shifts and will coordinate employees to ensure maximum rota resource availability.
This role is for an initial 3 month period with the possibility to go permanent after 12 weeks. This role is office based, Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm and our client is looking for an immediate start!
