We are looking for a Payroll Administrator to join our clients team based in Croydon. Please only apply if you have a minimum of 1 years Payroll Administration experience.Duties will include but are not limited to: Reconciliation of the group's Modified National Insurance scheme (Priority - High)Checking new starter information and entering HMRC forms onto a master spreadsheetProcess statutory payments and deductionsTaking ownership of one or two business units and running of the payrollRun weekly reports in preparation of the monthly payrollsLiaise with our HR Shared Service centre in respect of payroll queriesChecking and entering of payroll instructions from our HR shared service centreEnsuring payroll tasks are fully completed and signed offAssist the payroll supervisor with the month end processesAct as a cover in the absence of a team memberGeneral filing and admin workAny adhoc tasks
