I am looking to speak to French Speaking customer service superstars for a position I am recruiting for based in Wimborne, Dorset.

Working for one of the UK's most luxurious lifestyle brands you'll deliver an exceptional service experience to its customer who wish to receive support in the French language.

Due to growth within the company, you'll be working in modern open plan offices working for a successful department giving an exemplary service to its customers across the world. This role would suit an enthusiastic fluent French speaker who thinks they have what it takes to excel within this environment.

You'll be working as part of a supportive and importantly friendly team who genuinely care about delivering quality customer service and you'll be a valued cog in helping the company grow further in the coming years.

This position would suit someone who is completely fluent in both written and spoken French, is patient, open minded, articulate and has the ability to calm handle a variety of customer queries including complaints, which need to be dealt with in a calm and professional manner. You'll ideally have experience within customer services and be happy to talk openly and demonstrably during an interview. Knowledge and interest in luxury brands is preferred but this is by no means a necessity.

In exchange for your efforts you'll be paid a salary of £20,000-£20,2000 which is reviewed annually and be entitled to 24 days annual leave plus bank holidays, which is also rises with length of service. Alongside this you'll have access to company benefits, enhanced Maternity and Paternity pay, as well as an employee share plan amongst other things.
