We are currently looking for Customer Service Advisers for a Luxury brand based in West London. This role is working remotely for now but you will need to be able to commute in to Chiswick also. The role is a 4 month full time contract and paying between £15-£17 per hour.
- Taking orders over the phone and email
- Checking invoices
- Raising returns and credit notes
- DailyInbox management
- Build relationships with clients and team
-Knowledge of Excel
- Experience using SAP
- Experience in Customer service in a similar role
