My client, one of the big four are seeking a Recruitment Marketing Assistant Manager to join their busy and growing people team based in London. The role is predominantly home based for the time being, but there will be a possibility of returning to the office for two days a week later on in the year.
The role will be centred around their student/ graduate recruitment programme and focus on attracting the best talent in such a competitive market through innovative digital marketing campaigns. You will have a great understanding of how Gen Z tick, so experience within the digital, media and social space - things such as Instagram reels, podcast, films etc. just to name a few. The firm is a major employer of students, so you will have the confidence to write and create marketing briefs that keep the company a head of the game.
The client is seeking an experience recruitment marketeer who has a background in the campus, student or graduate market. You will have a strong understanding of this market and experience developing and delivering strong candidate campaigns. Experience will new digital marketing techniques is a plus as well as experience working with internal and external stakeholders. You will be forward thinking and dynamic in your approach as well as experience working in a matrix organisation.
