You will also be supporting the national network of branches with queries. You will wear a headset, work on a pc/laptop which his dual screen and full training will be provided. The training will take around 4 weeks in total and will be based onsite in Nottingham and after this you will have the opportunity to work from home. This is a truly great environment with the company winning awards for customer service and employee engagement.The working hours are 37.5 per week that will require you to work 2.5 weekends in 7 but all shifts are given in advance. The hours of work are between 8am and 8pm. The rate of pay starts at £8.91ph but will rise to £10.00ph after 12 weeks with overtime available.
