If you have worked on dual screens that would be an advantage as you will be answering a scope of different questions and queries from new and existing customers. You will also be supporting the national network of branches with queries. You may need to make the odd outbound call just to update a branch or a customer but there is no upselling or sales involved this is purely ensuring the customers have their perfect customer journey.You will wear a headset, work on a pc/laptop which his dual screen and full training will be provided. The training will take around 4 weeks in total and will be based onsite in Nottingham and after this you will have the opportunity to work from home. This is a truly great environment with the company winning awards for customer service and employee engagement.The working hours are 37.5 per week that will require you to work 2.5 weekends in 7 but all shifts are given in advance. The hours of work are between 8am and 8pm. The rate of pay is £8.91ph with overtime available.
