Customer Service Team Leader
12 month FTC - remote working
Are you an experienced Contact Centre Team Leader interested in developing your people management / team coaching and leadership skills. You must have a real passion for motivating a team to deliver exceptional customer service ensuring every enquiry meets the needs of the customer. You will play an integral part in the team understanding how their role fits in with the customer journey and the impact they have on the customer experience.
Working remotely as a Contact Centre Team Leader, you will lead a remote team ensuring a high quality of service is maintained and that legislative, customer and Company requirements and standards are met within stated timescales.
You will recruit, manage, motivate and lead an effective remote team to enhance the overall customer experience. This will include managing performance and development for all team members. You'll be your teams first point of contact, therefore, you must demonstrate you are approachable and take time to understand individual's skills, goals and motivators.
You'll hold structured 1-2-1s and personalise individual development plans, engaging in a way which brings out the best of their ability.
The Team Leader is seen as a role model so strong communication and leadership skills are essential. You must be able to deliver key messages to your team effectively and build trusting relationships creating a positive and enjoyable working environment.
You must have excellent organisational skills/time management skills and have the ability to meet tight deadlines in a busy and fast paced environment
