Are you a HR Administrator looking for your next career opportunity? My client in Potters Bar is looking for someone with strong administration skills, an eye for detail and a passion for HR and compliance.
Salary: £20,000-£22,000 DOE
This role will be working closely with the HR Manager supporting with all administration and transactional HR compliance for 4 sites, covering approx. 260 employees. You will need to be a self-starter and someone who is willing to take on new tasks and responsibilities as the role develops.
Some of the key activities are:
Supporting with employee life cycle from recruitment to on-boarding to include preparation of job specs and adverts
Arranging candidate interviews and providing feedback
Preparing candidate offers of employment and contracts and managing compliance and vetting process
Checking and updating right to work documentation
Managing general HR enquiries and issues and where necessary attend grievance or disciplinary meetings as a note taker
Preparing excel reports and keeping employee information up to date
Scanning documentation and uploading onto in-house system
General office related administration tasks
Compliance is a key part of this role and you will be required to check procedures to ensure they meet FCA requirements
This role requires a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel
