Vibrant and upbeat company based in Watford looking for a Customer Service admin support to join their busy Customer service team on a fixed term contract to start immediately.
- Respond to all inbound and outbound calls
- Work to company SLA's
- Own task to completion
- Ensure data base is kept update
- Management of internal and external systems
- Work closely with other teams and third parties
- General admin
Ideal candidate -

- Experience of dealing with inbound and outbound calls

- Ability to prioritise work loads
