Contact Centre Call Handler
£12 Per Hour

Tate have teamed up with a leading global advisory, broking and solutions company, for whom we are currently recruiting for Call Handlers in their Contact Centre in Redhill. The role will be initially based from home, however you will be required to go back to the office when safe to do so. This position will also require you to go into the office to complete training for 2 weeks. This is a full time Temporary to Permanent role.
Within this role you will be dealing with inbound calls and queries, relating to a variety of occupational pension schemes. This will require excellent customer service skills and attention to detail to hit a KPI of 50 calls per day. You must be comfortable talking over the phone and dealing with email enquiries in a professional manner.
Working Monday - Friday, 40 hours a week at £12 per hour. IT equipment is supplied by the company.
- Experience with dealing with high numbers of inbound calls - (Essential)
- Strong Customer Service background - (Essential)
- Excellent telephone manner
- IT proficient
- Good administration skills
- Ability to work under pressure and KPI's
