Based in Hitchin this is a new & exciting temporary assignment for a well established expanding locally based organisation.
To start early April 2021 for approx. 3 months.
Full time hours - 37.5 hours a week.
This role is office based .
Acting primarily in a 1st line support capacity, resolving issues in person, over the phone or email and where possible attempt to provide resolution. You would escalate more complex IT issues to 2nd line level.
Provide first line IT Support to the end user
Interpret customer requirements and provide advice and support on potential solutions to resolve IT related issues as they arise
To assist in the provision of an effective support desk service across the organisation
To receive and actions calls from customers and deal directly with requests and escalate problems in accordance with company procedures
Ensure that users are informed on status and progress of incidents logged with the service desk
To liaise with relevant technical teams as required.
1st line support experience
Be familiar with multi-factor authentication security systems
Excellent communication skills
