Design and Artwork Assistant
This is an exciting opportunity to join a small team as a Design and Artwork Assistant.
The role is working alongside Sales Support and Customer Services and will be an integral part in providing Artwork support to customers and suppliers, so a cooperative and enthusiastic manner is essential.
A key part of this role is managing instructions from customers or the sales team for artwork required to print, this can be a mix of customer logos, designs for promotional merchandise such as balloons or banners.
You must be able to interpret the instructions and artwork files provided and create printable artwork for the factory or other suppliers and supply transparencies ("posis") and digital output files and any associated artwork requirements to the factory.
Artwork must be approved by the customer and at all times a high level of customer service is provided to all customers and suppliers, resolving any issues or queries with orders.
You'll have the opportunity to create designs for brochures, flyers and other printed promotional material, and assist with the design and development of company website.
Paperwork must be completed in accordance with Company and ISO 9001 Quality procedures.
Experience with Adobe photoshop and other design software is key.
This role will suit someone looking for their first Art/Design role after University or someone already working within a similar role. You must be able to demonstrate commitment to customer service, a passion for excellence, be self-motivated and a good team player.
