An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a Strong Customer Service professional to join this prestigious Cambridge based manufacturing organisation.
To start April 2021 - working hours Monday to Friday 8.30 to 5.00pm
A standalone role you will need to up for a challenge but equally the rewards will be to make the right your 'own'.
This role will be office based for the first 3 months for training - after this time you will be able to work from home with visits to the office approx. once a week.
The focus of the role is to maintain strong quality relationships - servicing the needs of the customers and troubleshooting issues whilst maximising sales potential.
Maintain and develop the Customer Service function to deliver a first-class service across all accounts
Handling incoming orders and complaints
Entering orders and amendments on the ERP system
Working closely with the production team to solve problems and meet customer needs
Ensure orders are shipped on time through interaction with other departments
Gather, analyse and provide market and competitive information
Provide general office support in other areas when required.
Strong Customer Service background - ideally within manufacturing
Able to work well on your own
Experience of using a manufacturing ERP system is essential
Attention to detail & well organised
