We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual who is seeking their next role, this position is a Search Coordinator. This position is a fantastic chance to join a growing team in one of the best Executive Search firms in London. This role plays an integral part in the company, supporting the consultants with day to day administration and operations.
The responsibilities include:
- Liaising with colleagues, clients and candidates via phone and email to coordinate interviews and meetings
- Scheduling calls and meetings
- Data entry and maintaining CRM systems
- Preparing presentations and Pitch reports
- Diary Management
We are looking for someone who is incredibly process driven and organised as there is a huge amount of Diary management and coordination in this position. We also need somebody who is confident and calm and able to speak to people from all levels as there is a lot of phone calls and meetings you will be involved in.
