Customer Service Admin based in Watford
Our client is well established in their industry and is continuing to grow within the business. Currently have an opportunity for a 7-month FTC to join their in-house admin team.
Potentially this role could become permanent for the right candidate in the future.
Job role -
- First point of contact for customer quotes
- Checking customer paperwork
- Keeping the client updated on status of their order
- Liaise and work with other departments for smooth running of customer journey
- Keep up to date customers records on in-house data base
- Deal with customers through various communication channels - shared inbox and phone
- General admin
- Strong attention to detail
- Organised and the ability to problem solve
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Forward thinking
- Team player
