£35,000 - £40,000 dependent on experience
This role is critical to the smooth day to day running of the office. It's a demanding role providing a first class administration and secretarial service and support, working with discretion and complete confidentially.
The roles and responsibilities include:
Management of a very busy electronic diary, scheduling meetings, booking in appointments and events
Acting as first point of contact for any correspondence and manage day-to-day workload, providing administration and secretarial support
Managing and organising travel arrangements
Responding to letters and emails, drafting, typing and dispatching correspondence
Administrative support to management to support with projects and ad-hoc tasks
Liaising with relevant individuals and external organisations to arrange meetings, prepare agendas and draft minutes
Supporting with recruitment and arrangement of interviews
Reporting and management of data and processing confidential appropriately
Management of expenses
The suitable person for this position:
Extremely organised with previous experience in a PA/EA position
Good knowledge of Microsoft packages and used to working with various in-house systems
Able to work well under pressure, whilst being proactive and prioritising a heavy workload
Confident communicator, both face to face, written and over the phone
Able to work flexibly as some weekend work be may required
Understands the professional image and ethos
