The Customer Service Advisor will support the growth of the business whilst ensuring the customer is at the heart of everything you do.
You will handle complex queries whilst providing a first class service. Working closely with the Team Leader you will support with delivering training and coaching to team members.
What you'll do:
Deal with complex customer enquires relating to various Financial or Insurance products.
Amend and update customer records, ensuring you follow company procedures, legislation and regulations.
Supporting the Team Leader with training, coaching and mentoring new and existing team members.
To maintain a high level of technical and specialist knowledge skills.
Deputise for the Team Leader ensuring all communications are handled accurately and any complaints are dealt with following business procedures.
Act as a positive role model within the team and be that "Go To" person with a "Can Do" attitude.
To continually review and improve the department's processes and procedures to ensure service levels are maintained and where appropriate, enhanced in line with Company policies, regulatory, professional and legal requirements.
The client is looking for someone who demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills and really cares about their work. You must possess excellent customer service skills and be able to work in a fast paced working environment.
To apply for this role you must have an intermediate working knowledge of MS Office and its essential you have a minimum of 5 A*-C / 9 - 4 GSCEs (including English and Maths) or equivalent.
