HR Administration Manager
This role plays an integral part in supporting the HR Team by managing the day-to-day HR operation. You will lead and motivate a small administration team to ensure all business objectives are reached.
The key responsibilities will include:
Work closely with a small team, lead and motivate individuals to deliver the employee life-cycle, to include recruitment and on-boarding.
Develop and up-skill administration team to ensure all HR services are effectively delivered and through coaching ensure team members reach their full potential and drive the team to deliver a first class administration service.
Complete recruitment and vetting procedures for all new starters and support with collation of information for monthly payroll.
Issue all HR related documents to include offer letters, contracts of employment and benefits.
Review and monitor current processes and procedures and work with the Senior HR Team to implement any changes.
Work closely with the Senior HR Team to drive the strategy and achieve objectives.
Under guidance from the HR Manager, you will advise and support with first line employment queries and manage disciplinary and grievance processes ensuing the correct processes are followed in a fair, consistent and effective way.
This will suit an individual with experience in a varied end-to-end HR role and is used to high volume transactional work. You must be able to demonstrate leadership skills, knowledge of UK employment law and the ability to work to strict deadlines whilst managing a heavy workload.
It is essential you have excellent communications skills and can provide accurate work as attention to detail is key.
You must possess strong IT skills to include Microsoft Office Word and Excel.
