Customer Service Advisors - £11.92 per hour - Uxbridge - Full Time
Tate are currently recruiting for Customer Service Advisors to join an organisation based in central Uxbridge.
The positions are full-time, temporary ongoing and you must be able to work 36 hours per week Monday - Friday (office hours)
This is a customer service position with multiple duties required, you will be provided with training, but you must be a confident administrator and be able to take direction well
Customer service is essential to your application
The ideal person will have the following:
- Experience working in a contact centre
- Experience using Microsoft packages
- The ability to pick up internal systems
- Comfortable in a busy environment
- Confident with speaking to both customers and colleagues over the phone.
This role requires a high level of attention for detail and the ability to manage an extremely busy, ever changing workload.
