Our Redhill-based client is currently seeking some top-quality candidates to join their Customer Service Accounts team initially on a 3-month temporary basis, with the potential of a permanent contract to follow.
Working full-time: Monday to Friday, you will be working within a customer-focused team who deal with inbound and outbound calls from customers with overdue payments, arrears, and aged debts. Full training will be provided; however, you will need to have excellent communication skills, a confident and friendly telephone manner, and be able to be overcome challenges and find solutions.
Ideal candidates should have prior telephone-based customer service experience, preferably from a credit-control, or customer-focused problem-solving background.
