Tate have partnered with a multinational energy company, to recruit Customer Service Advisors to join their Contract Retention team based in Perth PH1.
Due to the Covid19 pandemic, this role is currently remote. However, candidates should still be local to Perth, as initial training may be office based. There are also plans for the role to return to the office once lockdown restrictions are lifted.
As part of the Contract Retentions team, you will be responsible for processing data and customer account details, in a timely manner and in line with business process and policy.
Candidates must have excellent IT skills, especially Excel as this will be used on a daily basis. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are also required, as you'll be liaising with internal teams and colleagues of all different levels, as well as external customers, both in writing and over the phone.
Some knowledge / experience of reporting or billing would be highly beneficial, but not essential.
This role is predicted to commence on either 29th March or 6th April.
