Customer Service Advisor - 12 Month FTC
London - £18,000 - £21,000 DOE plus annual bonus

We are working with a leading financial services company. Having been in operation for over 100 years, this established business will offer a welcoming and team focused environment in exchange for your Customer Services and Administration expertise.
This latest position, based in Central London is for a Customer Services Advisor.
This is a 12 month FTC available, working 9am-5.30pm Monday - Friday, with a salary of £18,000 - £21,000 DOE.

The overall responsibilities will include:
Providing customers with product information and / or undertaking tasks in response to customer requests
Answering incoming telephone enquiries and handling the nature of the request / task
Amending and maintaining accurate company records to ensure legislative, customer and company requirements are met
Investigating and resolving complaints and queries
The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience, strong IT skills including Microsoft Outlook and Excel and hold a minimum of 5 GCSE's Grade C or above to include English and Maths.
