Customer Service Executive
Our client is well established and leading within in their industry! Currently recruiting a customer service executive to join their in-house team!
- Support the on boarding of new clients
- Respond to queries via calls and emails, working to a shared in-box
- Ensure all customer accounts are kept updated
- First point of contact for queries
- Liaise with third parties
- Work closely with other departments within the business
- Generate customer invoice information
- General admin duties
Ideal candidate -
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Experience of working within a customer service role
- Strong attention to detail
- Good IT skills - Word and Excel
- Accurate data entry skills
- Team player
- Strong organisational skills
