Accounts Assistant

Our client, based in Sutton are looking for an Accounts Assistant with experience of Purchase Ledger to join their team on a short term temporary assignment to start immediately, working from home.

Key responsibilities:

• Input of purchase invoices and obtain nominal ledger coding for same where required.
• Processing payments in the purchase ledger.
• Processing receipts from customers into the sales ledger.
• Input of customer sales invoices onto their vendor portals.
• Responding to customer, supplier and colleague.
• Nominal ledger journal entry.
• Reconciliation of balance sheet accounts at period end.
• Other ad hoc Finance tasks as required by the Head of Finance.
