Tate are working with an award winning house builder to recruit within their Customer Service team to assist them through a busy period.
The main duties of the role are as follows;
- Dealing with the day to day management of the administration relating to all customer issues.
- Taking ownership of all ongoing customer's issues.
- Assist in allocating resources including Customer Service Operatives and contractors to undertake work in customer's homes.
You will have previous customer service experience and or a call centre background. You must be able to juggle a broad range of tasks and have a can-do positive attitude.
This role will be based from home for the foreseeable future.
