Tate are supporting an organisation based in Bristol in their search for Customer Service Representatives to start in February on a temporary basis.
In this role you would be responsible for:
- Answering inbound calls
- Offering advice and support
- Assisting with complex customer queries
- Updating databases and liaising with other departments when necessary
You would work Monday - Friday, hours between 08:30am - 18:00pm. The hourly rate is £11.72 and will be initially for a 3-month period with the opportunity to go permanent.
