Customer Care AdministratorOur client an established and award-winning company in the construction industry are currently looking to recruit an experienced Customer Care Administrator to join their busy team. This is a busy role that will involve working across the customer care and maintenance departments providing support. This is a great opportunity to join a forward-thinking company with an excellent reputation.Role: Customer Care Administrator Where: Romsey Salary: c£22-25,000paResponsibilities will include: - Logging of any defects onto the database.- Working with sub-contractors to book and issue any work requirements.- Liaising with clients and residents to confirm maintenance issues and defects.- Monitor sub-contractor work and log within Excel.- Prepare home-owner user guides for residents and assist with the handover processto include home-demonstrations.- General administrative support for the department.You will need: · Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels· To be highly organised and efficient· High attention to detail· The ability to multi-task· Excellent customer service skills· Previous experience within a similar role in the construction or property industry is preferred but not essentialIf you would be interested in this role and have the necessary skills and experience please don't hesitate to APPLY.
