Contact Centre Call Handler, Reigate, £12 Per Hour
Tate have teamed up with a leading global advisory, broking and solutions company, for whom we are currently recruiting for Call Handlers in their Contact Centre in Reigate. The role will be based from home, however you will be required to go into the office to complete training for 2 weeks. COVID Safety regulations will be in place. This is a temporary, full time role looking to start on 1st February and will be until 30th April but could extend past then.
Within this role you will be dealing with inbound calls and queries, relating to a variety of occupational pension schemes. This will require excellent customer service skills and attention to detail to hit a KPI of 50 calls per day. You must be comfortable talking over the phone and dealing with email enquiries in a professional manner.
Working Monday - Friday, 40 hours a week at £12 per hour. Equipment will be supplied and you will be working from the comfort of your own home.
- Call Centre/Contact Centre experience - (Desired)
- Strong Customer Service background - (Essential)
- Excellent telephone manner
- IT proficient
- Good administration skills
- Ability to work under pressure and KPI's
