Job details -
- Dealing with all incoming emails from a shared mailbox
- Responsible for incoming calls and taking ownership of enquiry
- Updating in house records on CRM system
- Working to SLA's and KPI's
- Contribute to process improvement
- Working closely with internal and external teams
- Working to GDPR regulations
- General admin duties
Ideal candidate -
- Strong communication skills
- SAP experience desirable
- Team Player
- Taking ownership of enquiry
- Proactive and forward thinking
- Strong customer relationship building skills
- Excellent IT skills
