A healthcare organisation based in West London is looking for a Senior ER Officer to join their small People team. The US based company which has a presence throughout Europe, and the international head office in the UK, has grown significantly over the past few years and will continue to do so. This position of Senior ER Officer is incredibly exciting and allows the right candidate to immerse themselves in legal and HR matters. It is a critical role which will support the International Senior Leadership team and allow them to drive and deliver critical employee strategies and goals of the business. The duties of this role generally reflect the job title, and any suitably experienced candidate will be familiar, but here are a few responsibilities:· Provide expertise in regards to employee relations, disciplinary matters and performance management.· Work closely with internal and external legal counsels and work in partnership to ensure employee relations protocol is accurately followed. · Create and maintain templates and documentation that covers the entire employee life cycle, for example- onboarding material and employee handbooks. · Guide on matters related to immigrationThe successful candidate will have the following:· Experience in ER and employment law- both British and also international would set the candidate at an advantage· Experience working closely with Senior Leaders and internal and external legal teams· Some experience of handling redundancy programmes, litigation matters and tribunals· A humble attitude and ability to work with many different personalities· Ability to do their own administration, for example, booking their own flights and doing their expensesThe successful candidate will also have the desire to be a part of the "greater good"- someone who wants to be part of a community and really enjoy their work. The company are very flexible to accommodate ones needs but once the pandemic has subsided, the candidate will be expected to work in the office five days a week.
