Customer Service Advisors, Reigate, £14 Per HourTate have teamed up with a leading global advisory, broking and solutions company, for whom we are currently recruiting for Call Handlers in their Contact Centre in Reigate. The role will be based from home, However you will be required to go into the office to complete training for 1-2 weeks. COVID Safety regulations will be in place. This is a temporary, full time role looking to start on 24th November and will be until 31st March but could extend past then. You will need to have extensive contact centre experience as you will be dealing with complex queries. Ideally you will also come from a financial sector background and worked on web chat. You will be part of the outbound calling team so you need to be confident calling people.
